Watershed Planning Guidelines
The MNRG agencies have jointly developed the guidelines as a tool to provide
a broad framework of considerations and processes in watershed projects and
programs. They will help provide opportunities for collaboration, communication
and assistance among the agencies, groups, and private individuals of the
upper Midwest.
